Title: Rescue Me - Whiteside
Label: Subliminal

Could it be? Could it be that Subliminal is going to continue to supply more awesome tracks like this one by Weiss and Calabro from the Czech Republic? Time will tell. Recent releases on Subliminal have been disappointing, with only a handful of tracks pleasing me over the last, say, two years. But this offering instantly makes one think of the good ol’ Subliminal days with a US Garage/Vocal House style track. Great production and awesome vocals by Pandaura (who is this?) providing an energetic and “happy track that works exceptionally well on the floor. The track has an addictive bass line that makes any respectful clubber wanna rush to the floor. Nice vocal “hook/chorus (Baby come and rescue me…) that supplements a cool and clever vocal verse melody/rhythm. Those who enjoy the big vocal defected, soulfuric, subliminal tracks must hunt down this track, which will no doubt continue to work for many years to come. At the same time the track is not cheesy or candy such that the mainstream radio/DJ’s will latch onto it. Thank you Mr Morillo!
